1. Agreement
By taking this assessment and giving your contact info, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to make this agreement.

2. Privacy Policy
You understand that the website that sent you to this assessment (called the "Referring Site") is giving you a free assessment in exchange for your contact information. That website will only use your info as described in its own privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.

2.1 What Personal Information Is Collected

To see your results, you may need to share information that identifies you. This can include:

• Contact Info (name, address, email)

• Financial Info (income, net worth)

• Demographic Info (zip code, age, income)

• Assessment Info (your answers to the assessment questions)

2.2 How Your Info Is Used

• (a) Access and Use
  The Referring Site and the group running the test (Financial Psychology Institute, or “Administrator”) can use your info to contact you, send offers, or share general research (not tied to your name). Some results may be shared in public reports, but only in a way that hides your identity.

• (b) Sharing Info
  The Administrator will not share your personal info with advertisers or third parties—only with the Referring Site, as covered in its privacy policy.

• (c) Your Choice
  You don’t have to share personal info. But if you don’t, you won’t get your assessment results.

3. Not Financial or Psychological Advice
This test is a helpful tool—not professional advice. The people running this site are not your financial advisors or therapists. They are not responsible for any choices you make or losses you have from using this information. You are in charge of your own money decisions. This is not investment advice.

4. Copyright
All parts of the assessment are owned and protected by copyright. You can’t use or copy them without permission.

5. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the United States and Colorado. If there’s a legal dispute, it will be handled in Denver, Colorado.

6. Severability and Waiver
If any part of this agreement isn’t valid, the rest still counts. Not enforcing one rule doesn’t mean others won’t be enforced.

7. No License
This agreement does not give you the right to use any trademarks, logos, or brand names from this site or its partners.

8. Colorado Use Only
This test is run from Colorado. It may not be available or right for other places. Just using it doesn’t mean the Administrator is doing business in your state.
